Through somatic movement, breathwork, and subconscious rewiring practices, this work supports the release of old conditioning, strengthens self trust, and helps you move through life with greater ease and presence.

Somatic Practioner
I’m Kelsey, the founder of Wide Eyed Giant. My work centers on nervous system regulation and embodiment, helping people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels supportive, steady, and sustainable.
I am a certified Havening practitioner and yoga instructor, with years of experience studying how stress and trauma responses imprint on the body and how real change begins when the nervous system feels safe enough to settle.
I like to think of The Giant App as a place of maintenance and support during periods of growth and change. For some, it complements deeper personal or therapeutic work. For others, it offers a steady way to stay regulated while navigating life transitions.
Lasting change happens through daily regulation and consistent rewiring. As stress and trauma responses are gently depotentiated, whether from big experiences or more subtle, repeated ones, the nervous system no longer needs to remain in protection mode. From that place, clarity returns, self trust strengthens, and it becomes easier to move toward goals from a state of expansion rather than survival.
Wide Eyed Giant was created as a daily place to return to. A space to regulate, rewire, and reconnect with what feels true in your body over time.
