The self-love rewire
challenge
Launching Feb 1
A 7-Day Nervous System Reset to build the capacity to hold more for 2026
A science-based daily practice designed to depotentiate trauma responses, rewire old patterns through psychosensory exercises, and rebuild self-trust so you can take embodied action that feels safe in the body.
Self love is not a mindset issue. It is a capacity issue.
Most people do not struggle with self love because they lack insight, effort, or desire to change. They struggle because their nervous system is still organized around protection.
At a biological level, the nervous system is constantly asking one question:
Is it safe to expand right now? When the answer is no, the system defaults to strategies that limit exposure.
This can look like anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, avoidance, hyper independence, or shutdown. Not because something is wrong, but because protection once made sense. These patterns form through lived experience, not conscious choice.
These responses form through:
early attachment experiences
repeated stress and pressure
unmet emotional needs
chronic stress or unpredictability
moments where safety or support was compromised
Over time, the nervous system learns how to stay alive, stay connected, and stay regulated in the environment it was given. That learning becomes automatic.
Self love becomes difficult not because you are resistant to it, but because your system associates openness, visibility, rest, or receiving with risk.
Until the body feels safe holding more, self love remains theoretical. This is the level we work at in this challenge.
Why Self-Love Has Never
Worked the Way We’re Taught
what trauma creates
When protection becomes the default, the nervous system organizes life around limitation, not possibility:
anxiety or hypervigilance
perfectionism or self-criticism
avoidance or shutdown
people pleasing or hyper independence
difficulty trusting yourself
difficulty receiving care, rest, or nourishment
feeling stuck despite doing personal growth work
These adaptive responses that once served a purpose.
But many identity structures are built around survival rather than truth.
You cannot think your way into self-love. Most self-development approaches try to change the mindset or behavior on top of these responses.
They focus on:
positive thinking
willpower
affirmations
motivation
But if the nervous system is still in protection mode, those changes don’t stick. Self-love emerges when the nervous system no longer feels under threat. Most self-development approaches try to change mindset or behavior on top of protective responses.
This challenge does the opposite.
Why Self-Love Requires
the Nervous System
Change the
nervous system first.
The Giant App Approach
Then self-trust, clarity, creativity, and choice follow.
What Rewiring Means
in This Challenge
Rewiring refers to gently changing how the nervous system responds to stress, memory, and emotion.
In this challenge, rewiring involves:
depotentiating trauma responses
reducing the emotional charge attached to old patterns
interrupting automatic stress reactions before they escalate
pairing safety signals with previously charged experiences
allowing new neural pathways to form through repetition and regulation
identity-level change
7 Days of Rewiring:
Audios, movement & nutrition
Each day includes:
Daily Rewire Audio + Journaling
A guided self-hypnosis practice designed to calm the nervous system and support depotentiation of old responses.

The Self Love Rewire Challenge
What You’ll Work Through Across the Week
This challenge is for you if self-love has felt hard or out of reach, if motivational language hasn’t created real change, and if you’re tired of managing symptoms instead of addressing what’s underneath. It’s designed for those who want a daily practice that feels supportive, grounding, and realistic, and who are ready to experience self-love not as something to strive for, but as something that emerges through safety, regulation, and consistency.
Over seven days, you’ll be guided to:
establish safety in the body before attempting change
soften automatic stress responses
reduce the charge around self-criticism and over-protection
rebuild self-trust through consistent regulation
experience self-love as a biological state, not a concept
integrate daily care as a nervous system habit
Self-love doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from creating safety where it was missing.
